The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a good location close to various attractions and a supermarket within an easy stroll. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The hotel offers luggage storage which is an added bonus.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. The bed was very comfortable and warm. Breakfast was excellent, both in terms of quantity, quality and variety. We also appreciated the availability of the bar drinks and snacks and being able to sit and relax in an area outside our room. It was good to have inhouse WiFi too.

The room was small, but very cozy, comfy beds and had everything we needed.To stay green, they bring in fresh clean towels every 4 days, but can request daily to have them so no issues there. The breakfast was top notch, we loved it. Tap water is awesome, never had better tap water. The lobby staff and kitchen staff are very friendly. It's very clean and a cozy place to stay at. The location was just perfect. Close to the harbour. We walked all around, never used transport. We hiked to Stoltzekleiven from there too, and up to Mt. Fløyen. You have everything close to this hotel, restaurants, Bryggen, harbour for fjord cruises, fish market, libraries, everything. The only thing missing and what some people might want is a parking space, but honestly we didn't feel the need for it. Walking was perfect.

Breakfast was amazing. Not only were there the usual choices of sliced meats, cheeses and cereals but it was the only hotel on our trip where there was food that I could comfortable eat. The range of dairy free and gluten free options was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful and didn't laugh at us when when couldn't work the TV :D

After a disastrous air bnb booking, I came to this hotel late in the evening and my trip instantly improved. I stayed in a standard double room which was modern, clean and the bed was SO comfortable. As everyone has commented, the breakfast is a great way to start the day. Fresh, well cooked produce and lovely welcoming staff at the front desk. The location is only a 5 minute walk from the main square, and there is a supermarket and a few restaurants and bars on the same street. I could not fault this hotel, thank you for saving my trip!

We stayed at the Comfort Hotel in Bergen as part of our trip for 3 nights. We had a small double room with an excellent ensuite shower room and plenty of room for a couple and there gear! The bed was very comfortable and the room had a nice view. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and helpful at all times. We were able to get hot water and milk at reception to make tea in our room. The breakfast was excellent with a good rage of hot/cold options. Location was very good with a short walk into town and from the train station. We would have no hesitation in staying at the Comfort Hotel Bergen again. Many thanks!

Awesome rooms. Very comfortable, clean, spacious and quiet. Bathrooms are spacious and clean, good running water. Easy self check-in and check-out as well! The breakfast has a big variety and was very tasty. Friendly staff and very helpful! The location in particular is amazing, it feels safe at night, it’s close to everything in Bergen at a walking distance. You can rent an umbrella fairly cheap for 48 hours and the activities like a ping pong table or places to chill are a nice touch. Not much to add, would definitely go back here! It feels so welcome.
