The staff were friendly and helpful. It is a good location close to various attractions and a supermarket within an easy stroll. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The hotel offers luggage storage which is an added bonus.

The room was small, but very cozy, comfy beds and had everything we needed.To stay green, they bring in fresh clean towels every 4 days, but can request daily to have them so no issues there. The breakfast was top notch, we loved it. Tap water is awesome, never had better tap water. The lobby staff and kitchen staff are very friendly. It's very clean and a cozy place to stay at. The location was just perfect. Close to the harbour. We walked all around, never used transport. We hiked to Stoltzekleiven from there too, and up to Mt. Fløyen. You have everything close to this hotel, restaurants, Bryggen, harbour for fjord cruises, fish market, libraries, everything. The only thing missing and what some people might want is a parking space, but honestly we didn't feel the need for it. Walking was perfect.

We stayed at the Comfort Hotel in Bergen as part of our trip for 3 nights. We had a small double room with an excellent ensuite shower room and plenty of room for a couple and there gear! The bed was very comfortable and the room had a nice view. The hotel staff were friendly, polite and helpful at all times. We were able to get hot water and milk at reception to make tea in our room. The breakfast was excellent with a good rage of hot/cold options. Location was very good with a short walk into town and from the train station. We would have no hesitation in staying at the Comfort Hotel Bergen again. Many thanks!

Awesome rooms. Very comfortable, clean, spacious and quiet. Bathrooms are spacious and clean, good running water. Easy self check-in and check-out as well! The breakfast has a big variety and was very tasty. Friendly staff and very helpful! The location in particular is amazing, it feels safe at night, it’s close to everything in Bergen at a walking distance. You can rent an umbrella fairly cheap for 48 hours and the activities like a ping pong table or places to chill are a nice touch. Not much to add, would definitely go back here! It feels so welcome.

This property was in a convenient location for our trip, just a short walk to the fish market area, with varieties of shops, restaurants and transportation stops. The staff were warm and welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. There is complimentary coffee/tea upon request at reception. The breakfast was excellent, with a well-stocked selection of items and a large variety. The staff in the breakfast area was pleasant, helpful and were always busy cleaning and resupplying. Our room was small and had only necessary amenities, with limited space to unpack our items from our luggage, as we were staying for several days. There is also limited space to unpack toiletry items in the bathroom. The room was clean and tidy. This hotel is a good value for those like us that travel on a budget. We would stay here again.

Breakfast was simply amazing, with great options and delicious food. The staff was beyond perfect - they made our stay absolutely perfect in every sense of it. The receptionist who was working on Christmas Eve had the true spirit of hospitality and Christmas and even helped us with our Christmas dinner - meatballs from the supermarket and potatoes from their own breakfast. I'll never forget his extra mile to make our night a bit better.
